On the morning of July 7th,Professor The College of Chinese Language and Literature of Capital Normal University and The Resistance Supervisor Ma Zili馬自力,by the invitation of the College of Chinese Language and Literature,take advantage of the Online platform of Tencent Conference,A wonderful lecture entitled "On System,Style and Ancient Chinese Article Study" was given to the teachers and students of The College of Chinese Language and Literature.The lecture was hosted by Professor Wang Honglin王宏林,executive associate dean of College of Chinese Language and Literature.Nearly 200 young teachers,graduate students and undergraduates listened to the lecture carefully.

Professor Ma's lecture was mainly about "System,style and ancient Chinese Article Study".First of all,he took the history of article study as the entry point and systematically sorted out the relevant academic history from the aspects of comprehensive study,thematic study,study of ancient Chinese style and stylistics,cross study of ancient Chinese article study and other aspects.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing achievements,he pointed out the deficiencies of the current article study,such as the obvious insufficiency of the achievements of the article study in ancient China from the perspective of other disciplines and fields,and the imbalance of stylistic studies in various periods.Then,he analyzed the broad academic prospect and great social significance of the subject from the aspects of the connotation and extension of the article study,the theoretical system and interpretation framework,and the research results of the article study after the Song Dynasty.Professor Ma and his research group attempted to reinterpret and further explain the historical materials of ancient Chinese article study,return to the actual state of the occurrence,development,acceptance and dissemination of the article,and restore to the greatest extent the evolution of the theoretical system and discourse system of ancient Chinese article study.Therefore,it investigates the establishment,historical stages,conceptual connotation and creative mentality of the article,explores the key links such as the classicalization and acceptance and dissemination of ancient articles,and writes a series of monographs reflecting the development and evolution process of ancient Chinese article study and the development of internal logic.

Professor Ma's lecture was from a strategic point of view,and he made a comprehensive and clear review of the research results of nearly 100 experts and scholars involved in the study of Article Study.On this basis,he expounded the research object and academic value of his subject.Because of his complete and comfortable explanation,teachers and students were deeply inspired.The lecture came to a successful conclusion in the"cloud applause".
